What if I rent a car in your company and it will be stolen?
All the cars of VK Express Company are insured against theft. If you are not guilty, call the police, fix the fact of the theft and do not forget to call us. With a high probability we can find a car without delay, otherwise we get compensation from the insurance company. Please remember that in case of a car theft you are to return keys and documents of the car! If not, the insurance company refuses to compensate and you are to compensate for damage.
What if I rent a car and do not have an opportunity to return it in time?
You are to calculate the vehicle return time beforehand. Just in case we provide additional hour free of charge.
If it is not enough, you are to notice the manager of the company about the delay and the reason of the delay. Up to 3 hours return delay you are to pay 50% of active days rate. More than 3 hours return delay you are to pay active days rate. In case you do not establish contact and have not notified about the delay, the company have the right to take emergency measures up to the car wanted announcement and your detention by law enforcement authorities. Please establish contact with VK Express manager in time and you do not have any problems.
May I use a rental car of your company to arrive abroad Russia? For example, Finland or Norway?
Book a car you like beforehand and notice the manager about your route. Documents provided with rented car give an opportunity to drive in every European country. Necessary European insurance you may obtain at the border crossing. Car trip to Europe is the most economy way to visit plenty of countries and do not be bound to one hotel. Have a good trip!
What if it appears a fault in a car or it broke completely?
You are to notice the manager about the occurred fault. In case of the impossibility of further driving, we send you a car of the same class. If you are in the other region, please find our company service and eliminate damage, save all receipts for repair and spare parts. Being back in our office, you get compensation. In any case, coordinate your actions by phone with a manager of VK Express Company.
My friend and I would like to rent a car for both of us. Is it possible?
To rent a car for two persons, it is necessary to add the second driver in the rental agreement and prepare two powers of attorney for you, your friend, relative or wife.
Do you provide cars for rent to people under 23 years old?
We can provide a car for rent to people from 21 years old, who have driving experience not less than 2 years in some cases. It depends on real driving experience, presence of the own car and other factors. We have an individual approach to every client.
May we set a child seat in the car rented I your company?
If you would like to a set child seat in the rented car, please tell about if to our manager beforehand. When you come to take a car, it will contain a child seat.
Where may I return rented car at the end of rental period? Do I have to come to your office or I may do it wherever it is convenient for me?
At the end of rental period you may return it wherever it is convenient for you, in our office or in any other point of the city. Return of the rental car outside the office occurs for an additional fee. We recommend noticing the VK Express manager about the time and place of return beforehand.
In what kind should I return the rental car?
The rented car has to be returned clean and with a full tank of petrol. For your convenience we offer car wash services in our auto technical center. The rental car is provided completely equipped: first aid kit, fire extinguisher, spare wheel, etc. All equipment is fixed in the vehicle receiving act. Return of the car occurs according the act as well, with the same complete set, which was provided to the client.
Who pays for rental car repair if I got to road accident?
VK Express cars are insured by compulsory civil liability motor-vehicle insurance. If you get to road accident in a rental car, you are to perform all necessary actions (call traffic police, to arrange certificates related to the accident) and call VK Express manager. We always help you in stressful situation. Moreover, we offer you another car of the same class.
I just have an international driving license issued in foreign country. Can I rent a car in your company?
Yes, certainly, you can rent a car in our company. International driving license lets you operate rental car on the whole territory of Russia. More than that, international driving license makes the checking procedure much easier and speeds up processing of documents for you.
Are there any advertising and promotional stickers on the cars of your company?
The cars of your company do not have any advertising and promotional stickers. You can make sure of that having a look at real photos of our cars.
Can I get the car without a reservation on the same day?
Yes, you can choose the cars, which are currently on the company parking. But we recommend reserving a car beforehand for your own convenience; in this case we can guarantee the reservation of the car selected individually, you have an opportunity to choose a complete set and even color, and much faster processing of documents. How much petrol is in rented car? How much should be at return?
The volume of fuel is fixed in the car transfer act. You are to return car with the same volume or pay for shortage. Gas stations are close to our company officers. You just fill the full tank before car return.
What is the minimal rental period?
Minimal rental period in our company is 1 day (24 hours)
What is the daily kilometrage of a car, provided by your company?
Daily kilometrage limit is 300 km, the excess of daily kilometrage is paid by the lessee rate of 5 rub./km
